Our clinic features many recreational amenities including an indoor fitness facility with indoor saline pool, dry sauna, cardio, and weight rooms. There is a seasonal outdoor pool, running track, and various outdoor courts.

Relax the body, calm the mind and eliven the spirit in our yoga studio. Cathedral ceiling and windows provide a picturesque view of serene Muskoka nature elements.

Our Health Club facilities also offer a tanning bed, tennis, basketball, volleyball, shuffleboard, and a 9-hole executive challenge mini-golf course. Take a spin on the paved roller blade/jogging track, and explore the nature trails and our private lagoon.

Fitness Centre Memberships: Non-Guest Memberships are available on a monthly basis. Current monthly membership fee is $50 per individual. Spouse may be added for an additional $30, and children may be added at $10 per child. Guest fees for individuals accompanied by a member are $10 per visit. Member’s enjoy a 10% discount on services at Tranquility Spa, as well as Dining at Lodge.

Yoga: We offer yoga year round and fitness classes seasonally several times a week. The classes are free of charge for members or guests of the resort. Private classes can be arranged with our fitness instructors.
