Lodge Cuisine at GreeneStone offers healthy nourishing cuisine, including fresh Canadian seasonally local and organic products from our own gardens. Derek Walton prepares a menu in an upscale multicultural fashion that uses products that are caught or harvested in a sustainable and ethical manner. Chef Walton is pleased to accommodate all dietary concerns.

Coupled with various fresh fish and seafood (sustainable and ethically harvested), you will find poultry and beef selections along with some vegan and raw food alternatives.

The Dining at Lodge menu is upscale in nature and reflects sensible eating in an eclectic multicultural manner. The menu’s primary focus is that of dietary balance with mindful use of fats and sodium. The menu content is largely Canadian with seasonal local and organic products that include the use of produce grown in our gardens.

Diet and Nutrition are a cornerstone for good health. Our Nutritionists consult with all of our executive health clients during their stay. Ongoing consultation and support are available to our clients, and can be provided to individuals separately from our executive health program.
