Appointment Policies
To ensure a comfortable check-in, please arrive at the spa 10-15 minutes prior to your first service to allow time to relax and complete a medical intake form. Enjoy a variety of complimentary tisanes in our comfortable lounge following your service.
Our staff and facilities are reserved for your enjoyment at the time of appointment. We remain available to serve you through the time of your appointment in the event you are unavoidably late in arrival.
A credit card guarantee is requested to book appointments.
Cancellation, 24 hours or less, prior to service will result in a chargeable fee of 50% for each service. A 'no-show' will result in the credit card on file being charged the full amount of the service. Small groups and spa packages are subject to a 48-hour cancellation policy.
Etiquette and Information for Spa Guests
To thoroughly enjoy your experience and ensure the rest and relaxation of all guests, we ask that you leave the Blackberry and cell phone turned off. Tranquility is an 'electronic & gadget-free' zone!
Alcoholic beverages consumed prior to any spa service is not recommended. In the best interests of the guest, service may be rescheduled or cancelled at the discretion of the therapist.
Please leave your valuables at home. The spa is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Please communicate with our team to ensure that you are comfortable during service, e.g., massage pressure, room temperature, music volume, etc.
You are welcome to change (in a private room) into a Spa robe and slippers while you wait if you choose. Please let the front desk know when you arrive if this is your choice.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates may be purchased for any dollar value and do not expire.
Groups
Custom individual and group experiences available upon request. Corporate events and groups (3 or more persons) will be charged a 15% gratuity on the master account.
Gratuities
Gratuities are gratefully appreciated and left solely at your discretion.
