The Life Style Management Program is a powerful, seven-day experience that is designed to help you make lasting lifestyle changes. It’s organized, in depth approach to healthy living will help you get on a healthier track for life. You will enjoy a lively, engaging schedule including exercise, yoga, Pilates, educational classes, personal assessments, and individual attention from caring, supportive staff. You will also have ample time to relax and explore. The structure and personalization of the Program make it perfect for first time goers and single travelers.

GreeneStone offers delicious cuisine featuring fresh and wholesome foods, with an emphases on organic, local and sustainable ingredients. You will get the flavor and variety you want with the nourishment you need. In addition to enjoying our meals you will be learning about nutritious eating.
Your typical day would start with a brisk guided walk followed by breakfast. Your activities throughout the week will be a combination of yoga, Pilates, strength training, and cardio. After lunch each day there will be an educational component. You will have time for a one-on-one with a personal trainer as well as time to relax and explore.

Colonoscopy Endoscopy Weekends (Call For Specific Weekends)
Colonoscopy at the GreeneStone Clinic is very gentle and caring experience. When you combine the colonoscopy procedure with a two night resort stay you achieve the most "Comfortable Colonoscopy" experience available.
You arrive one day ahead of your procedure to prepare and to relax. Once you are on site you will immediately feel more relaxed and comfortable. Your first day is a day of preparation which is monitored and assisted by our nurses. During your first day, while you are preparing for your procedure, you will have access to our team and our programs. You may experience spa treatments, use our fitness facilities, or relax in our resort environment. You may also use this day to get additional medical treatments from our Executive Health doctors.
Fitness Centre Yoga & Classes (Call For Specific Dates)
Our clinic features many recreational amenities including an indoor fitness facility with indoor saline pool, dry sauna, cardio, and weight rooms. There is a seasonal outdoor pool, running track, and various outdoor courts.
Memberships are available on a monthly basis. Current monthly membership fee is $50 per individual. Spouse may be added for an additional $30, and children may be added at $10 per child.
