Woman's Wellness Weekend - Itinerary

This informative, yet relaxing, weekend includes two nights’ accommodations, meals from Friday dinner through lunch on Sunday. Activities available include yoga class each morning, use of the recreational facility and any seasonal outdoor activities, a 60 minute relaxation massage at our Tranquility Spa (reservation required) and participation in the Wellness Seminars.

Seminars at GreeneStone are designed to help you make positive improvements in your own life balance. A healthy life requires connection physically, mentally and spiritually. Our facilitator is a renowned and engaging speaker on woman’s health issues with a look at alternative and preventative options to improve your quality of life. You will come away with a new sense of purpose in your own health and wellness which spills out to all aspect of your life personally and professionally.
