Primary Therapist

Kaitlin has a degree in Psychology from St. Francis Xavier University and an advance diploma in Addictions Counselling from NSCC, she is currently pursing a CACC certification and plans to complete a master’s program in Counselling Psychology. She provides a non-judgmental and positive space to focus on solutions-based therapy.

Kaitlin believes in holistic recovery with emphasis on the use of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, mindfulness and emotional regulation. Years of experience in street outreach for concurrent disorders, as well as in the criminal justice system has refined her skills in crisis counselling, building trust and confronting barriers to recovery.
