Natasha has worked in various capacities throughout her career in nursing. She began as a general surgery nurse, then moved to community care nursing, and eventually transitioned into a role with Correctional Services Canada health care where she works at Beaver Creek Penitentiary.
She has furthered her nursing education and skills into the field of wound care and is currently the regional wound care consultant for Corrections.
Natasha was recently hired by the First Nation of Shibogama as a Community Care nurse in an isolated/ fly-in only First Nation Treaty 9.
She enjoys working with the clients at GreeneStone and feels that the environment provides her with the opportunity to learn about different facets of patient care and further develop her nursing practice.
