Nurse Practitioner

Roger started his career 25 years ago as Nurse in emergency/trauma units  and contracted to work all over the United States.  He then graduated with honors in the Primary Health Care Nurse Practitioner Program from Ryerson University in 2001 and in the Masters in Nursing, Acute Care Nurse Practitioner stream from the University of Toronto in 2007.  His experience includes 20 years in emergency medicine and primary care as a Nurse Practitioner.  He is an instructor at both York University and Ryerson University in the Nurse Practitioner program since 2006, and professor of Therapeutics in Primary Health Care for the Council of Ontario University Programs in Nursing, Nurse Practitioner Program.  His other professional interests include medical cannabis and mental health.
