What you need to know

If someone is interested in coming to GreeneStone they will have to complete an over the phone assessment which takes approximately 30-45 minutes.

This assessment gathers basic information, medical and substance use history which will be presented to the team to ensure we are able to provide the appropriate amount of care based on the needs of the individual.

A family member or physician is able to be on the phone with the potential candidate as they go through this process. Through motivational interviewing we help individuals struggling with the admission process, as we know additional support is needed when someone is hesitant about treatment.
