Our yoga teacher Jasmine is known for her life affirming practice and ability to inspire. She has been teaching and supporting yogis since 2006 in her home base of Muskoka.
Evidence shows yoga is good for your body, health, and mind. The practice of yoga has been used to treat anxiety, depression, insomnia and eating disorders. It increases one’s sense of well-being and self-control.
Meditation helps look at the relationship between mindfulness meditation and its ability to reduce of depression, anxiety and pain. It is a practice that helps train your mind to let go of negative thoughts and encourage positive thinking.
