Nicole Penfold

Nicole brings a wealth of strength, skill, and enthusiasm to our Leadership Team. She  holds extensive experience in various healthcare settings and roles. With previous positions at OATC and most recently in the Mental Health Department at RVH, Nicole’s expertise is well-rounded. Her passion for mental health care led her to GreeneStone, confident it would be the perfect fit. Nicole prioritizes safety, inclusion, and patient-centered care in her nursing approach. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time on the water or in the garden and time with her family.
