Rebekah obtained an undergraduate degree from the University of Toronto and a master’s of Neuropsychology with the University of Glasgow. Her academic area of focus is brain health and cognitive decline. Rebekah also has a coaching certification from New York’s IIN, where she focused on the connection between nutrition, lifestyle, and mental health. Rebekah specializes in somatic experiencing and pays special attention to the connection between the physical and mental.
Rebekah aims to create a safe yet informal environment for her clients and believes in a person-centered approach, where every individual is wonderfully unique.
In her spare time, Rebekah is involved with wildlife rehabilitation and animal rescue. She enjoys yoga, video games, music, and travelling.
