Tawni Holmes

Tawni Holmes is a compassionate and dedicated Addiction Counsellor and Program Coordinator with CATC since May of 2024, with over 25 years of experience.
Tawni’s impactful work as an Addiction Counsellor and Program Coordinator led her to excel and grow into her current leadership role as Clinical Director of Greenestone Centre for Recovery.
Her dedication to service extends beyond her professional life, as she actively volunteers to support community events and initiatives that foster recovery and wellness. A testament to the transformative power of recovery, Tawni has achieved long-term sobriety and uses her personal journey as inspiration to guide and empower others.
Tawni brings deep knowledge, empathy, and expertise to create a supportive, inclusive environment that empowers individuals to achieve lasting recovery. Her innovative approach incorporates both essential and creative programming, offering transformative workshops tailored to clients’ needs.
Tawni holds certification as a lay minister through the Foundation for Ministries Program at the Diocese of Hamilton. Tawni achieved her Advanced Practitioner certification from the Academy of Modern Psychology. She also has a diverse background in business management and broadcasting, which brings valuable perspectives to her work in recovery services.
