LESLIE BURGESS, B.A. PSYCH, RSSW

Leslie is welcomed to GreeneStone bringing with her a variety of skills and experiences.  She is a Registered Social Service Worker (RSSW) and has a degree in Psychology from Laurentian University.  Leslie has devoted her life to serving her Muskoka – Parry Sound community through schools, mental health services and community outreach programs; most of which are non-profit organizations. The focus of these organizations has been to continuously improve access to education and services in health and wellness for both our community and our environment. She has been an active member with Tourette Canada providing service to the Muskoka Community both as a Representative and an In- service trainer with Tourette Canada. She is actively continuing her education in the helping profession and is currently pursuing her Competence to Perform the Controlled Act of Psychotherapy.

As Primary Therapist, Leslie brings an understanding and compassion for our clients, knowing how brave and courageous the journey will be to find the way.
