Sarah Cardoni

Sarah is an Addiction Counsellor and a Registered Social Service Worker who brings both personal and professional experience to her role. With over nine years of lived experience in recovery, she offers a compassionate, client-centered approach to supporting individuals on their path to healing.
She graduated with honours from Georgian College’s Social Service Worker program and is currently pursuing further education in Addictions and Mental Health through Algonquin College. Her ongoing learning reflects her commitment to enhancing her clinical skills and deepening her understanding of addiction and recovery.
Sarah is passionate about empowering individuals to reach their recovery goals, with a practice grounded in empathy, respect, and a strong belief in each person’s ability to change. Outside of her professional work, Sarah remains actively involved in the recovery community through volunteer efforts.
In her spare time, she enjoys photography, hiking, reading, creative writing, and exploring new places. She also has a passion for lifelong learning and personal development, often seeking out new experiences that support her growth both personally and professionally.
