Cheryl Reed, RSSW, AAC

Cheryl began her career in mental health and addictions as a youth counselor supporting teens and young adults in their recovery. Cheryl began her career at Greenestone as a student, completing her placement, before joining the team as Clinical Support Staff.
Cheryl completed the Social Service Worker program at Georgian College and graduated with honours. She is completing a certificate in Addictions and Mental Health through Algonquin College and is working towards her certification through the Canadian Addictions Counsellors Certification Foundation. A registered member of the Ontario Social Service Workers Association and the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers, Cheryl is committed to lifelong learning and professional development. She continues to enhance her knowledge and has additional certificates in Suicide Prevention, Addressing Human Trafficking and treating substance use in Veterans.
Through lived experience and her own journey in recovery, Cheryl is devoted to helping others find their way in recovery. She is dedicated to a holistic and client centered approach and believes in empowering clients to achieve their goals.
In her spare time Cheryl enjoys spending time with her loved ones, travel, yoga and hiking.
