A background in paramedics and management in hospital, rehabilitation facilities, and a chronic pain clinic has shown him the devastating impact of illness, pain, and day-to-day stress on a person’s quality of life. Jason works with clients to develop the tools necessary to feel empowered and able to regain control of their lives. His clinical focus includes various modalities, including CBT, DBT, ACT, mindfulness, biofeedback, and motivational interviewing.

Outside of work, Jason enjoys wood working, fixing cars, traveling, hiking, scuba diving, flying single engine planes, and playing piano. He also enjoys bringing his love of the outdoors to the workplace, as spending time outdoors, walking, hiking, or just taking a moment to breathe in the fresh air, is a wonderful way to reduce stress, relax, and begin the healing journey
